I enjoy treating patients from all walks of life; from athletes to pregnant women, newborns to my more senior patients (one being 89 and going strong!) and stay at home mums to corporate workers (who find treatment helpful after the frequent long plane journeys). I treat all my patients with the same high level of professionalism.

I have always been an active person; I train each year for the Reading Half Marathon and was a keen county level gymnast. I found in the past few people understood the physical, emotional and technical demands placed on the body, from sporting competitions or training, to a pregnant full time mum, lifting and running after her children, where rest is just not an option.

I understand that to continue in our busy lives we need to be in the best physical shape. Using my knowledge of anatomy, past experience and a unique personal treatment plan for each patient, I strive to give you the most effective treatment and best advice, to help you return back to fighting fit as soon as possible.
