Suzy is a caring and friendly therapist with a patient focused approach to treatment and injury management. She uses a combination of hands-on treatment and individually tailored injury rehabilitation, mobility and strengthening programs to assist patients in achieving their goals. She spent 2019/2020 in New Zealand, working in soft tissue therapy, in both clinic and sporting settings, and has experience working with a variety of different patients, athletes and non-sporting populations alike.

Suzy also holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Portsmouth, a level 3 qualification in Sports Massage, and a Level 1&2 qualification in Kinesio Taping.

“I’ve always had a passion for sports; with a background in swimming & rugby while also having previously competed at an international level for underwater hockey, representing GB at U19 and U23 level.

The human body is amazing, resilient, and meant to move. I have a background in massage but also really love and promote the exercise rehabilitation side of treatment. By creating a working partnership with each patient, to create a treatment plan that best fits their needs and goals. This then allows the patient to invest and take ownership in their recovery and beyond.”
