Mo Al-Nabhani

Mo graduated from the University of Swansea with a masters in Osteopathy. His journey began years before his unviersity education whilst shadowing a local Osteopath. This valuable experience provided  insights into effective treatment approaches, alongisde advacing his patient communcaition skills.

Mo is a regular at the gym and frequently trains in jiujitsu where he has experienced several sporting injuries. These first-hand experiences further fueled his dedication to understanding and preventing reoccurring  injuries related to muscles, tendons, and ligaments, creating deeper empathy for patients seeking relief from musculoskeletal pain.

He is passionate about understanding and helping all people and injuries, whether they're recent or long standing. However, his expertise is not limited to specific sporting injuries; rather, he is well-equipped to provide care for a broad spectrum of conditions.

During his final year as an Osteopathy student, he worked in an NHS clinic where he successfully treated a variety of patients of different age groups and activity levels. This enabled him to enhance his diversity of Osteopathic techniques, including a combination of soft tissue, joint mobalisation, and self help exercises to alleviate pain.

Mo contiues to advance his skillset and keep up to date with the most recent evidence as a guide when treating patients. His whole body approach is characterised by a comprehensive understanding of patient needs, encompassing not only the physical aspects but also the emotional. Furthermore, he knows that pain is complicated and wants to provide the correct care for his patients to feel better, meet their goals and provide a safe return from injuries.
